Spinnaker Yacht Race Game

This racing game involves the use of yachts that move at a set movement rate (no dice) according to the wind direction. Wind direction is determined by a stack of cards that can be drawn before moving.

The course is a game board which has a grid on it with a start position and three buoys making an oval shape course.

Yachts move in a straight or diagonal direction and can change course at the end of their movement.

This game is made realistic by the strength of the wind, being able to raise or lower the spinnaker to increase movement and seeing who can get to the finish line first.
