This is a horse racing game, supposedly based on (and obviously promoting) the 1939 United Artists film of the same name.
Six horses run the race no matter how many players are involved, and three dice are thrown on each turn, with each horse of a different color assigned a number. Horses will therefore move 0-3 spaces per turn. The first horse to win the race on an exact count wins the race.
Rule variations are also included to win on doublets or triplets, as well as a more complex game of chance called "The Game of Bucking Broncos," where doublets or triplets require horses to move back.
