Ten Pin Poker

A combination of Poker and Bowling, with variations. Players earn cards, from a regular deck of cards, for scoring a strike or a spare. Using 2 dice, 10, 11, 12 or doubles equals a strike. Any other rolls are face value, and the player rolls one die to try for a spare (determined by a chart of possible rolls).
