You're the manager of a traveling youth baseball team that competes for Fun Points by winning tournaments and meeting objectives set by your board of directors.

Start by choosing players who can cover every position on the field and who will maximize the talents of your coaches. Improve your squad by holding practices and paying for trainers and gear, but don't get too low on morale or money you'll need to get into the tournaments.

Managers take turns picking from a variety of face-up team improvement cards that refresh every two turns.

They have 16 weeks (turns) to improve their players or raise money or morale. Fun Points are awarded at four tournaments and from Board Goals achieved or failed at the end of the game.
